Not everyone wants to keep up with the Kardashians. And in James Harden's case, he just didn't have the energy to do so.
Before Khloe Kardashian was dating Tristan Thompson, she dated NBA player James Harden for 8 months. And finally, Harden has opened up about his relationship with KoKo in an interview with Sports Illustrated.
"I feel like it was for no reason," the 27-year-old Houston Rockets player said."I wasn't getting anything out of it except my name out there and my face out there, and I don't need that. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't me."
Harden didn't understand why he was the center of attention all of the sudden. "I don't need pictures of myself when I'm driving my car. Who cares? What shoes am I wearing? Who cares? Where am I eating? Who cares? It was unnecessary stuff that I think trickled down to my teammates," he continued. "I had to eliminate that."
Harden allegedly "eliminated that" by being unfaithful to Khloe, as she hinted in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
I've always said, 'We don't need to be monogamous,'" Khloe said. "'There's a lot of s**t going on in both of our lives. You live in Houston, I live in L.A. Let's just see each other when we see each other.' Why wouldn't you say, 'OK, that's great'? He sought me out, wanted to be committed, then wasn't committed. I found out he wasn't, and I got the receipts to prove it."
Well...it is what it is. KoKo is living her life to the fullest by going on exotic vacays with her boo Tristan, so we're sure she's not bothered in the least by this news.
