We've seen Khloe Kardashian's unbelievable transformation throughout the years and we've got just one question: HOW?

We know she's been putting in time at the gym and perfecting her diet, but what's her real secret? Turns out, it's not cutting out the chips and the chocolate. It's cutting out dairy.

"I went dairy-free for two weeks, and I lost 11 pounds," she told Health. "Now I only drink almond milk. I still love cheese, which is hard, but if I want to lose weight quickly, dairy-free is the way to go."

11 pounds in two weeks just for cutting out dairy? That definitely sounds doable.

In terms of cravings, Miss Kardashian believes in an "all-or-nothing" approach and thinks snacking in moderation is completely okay.

"But I do believe if you're having a craving, don't deprive yourself - in moderation. If I want a piece of cake, I have a piece of cake. I'm gonna work out harder the next day, but I don't believe in limiting myself. Everything in moderation. Kourtney wants me to have like gluten-free Oreos, but they're nasty. If I'm having an Oreo, it's gonna be a real Oreo."

She's preaching to the choir. It's comforting to know that if you want Kardashian's rocking bod, you don't have to cut out the Oreos!
