Remember when everyone just had french manicures? Well, things have changed. It's 2016! Whether you want to rock marble nails, stiletto nails or nails embellished with fur and diamonds, you can!
However, the latest nail trend is a bit different. It's called "succulent nails" and if you ask your nail technician about it, they'll probably give you a really weird look.
The process, created by Instagram user Roz Borg takes about an hour. It includes using Oasis, a floral adhesive to glue the succulents on your nails. (or artificial nails) When the glue loosens, you can actually plant the succulents considering the glue is environmentally friendly.
“The Oasis glue eventually releases and I can plant the baby succulents and they can grow happily,” Borg told the Huffington Post. “It’s definitely a temporary green thumb.”
These aren't plastic decals you glue to your nail. These are REAL baby succulents! “People are stunned when they realize it’s real live plants, not 3D sculpting,” Borg said. “Some people are grossed out, but most love it!”
If you're the type of person that loves verdant beauty and you want to show the world through some unique and stellar nail art, this succulent mani might just be for you.
