After about a year on and off the market, Amy Schumer's New York City penthouse finally sold for a casual $1.625 million last month.

According to Page Six, the place was originally listed at about $2.075 million, so the selling price was basically a steal. Basically.

The fourth-floor walk-up digs span 850 square feet and feature one bedroom and 1.5 baths, gorgeous honey-hued hardwood floors, a private roof deck, two wood-burning fireplaces, a washer and a dryer — very rare for NYC apartments — plus a renovated marble bathroom with a claw-foot tub.

The 35-year-old comedian reportedly bought the place in 2014 for $1.695 million, but chose to sell it in December after stumbling upon a $12.147 million, 5-bed, 5.5-bath, 4,500-square-foot, glass-walled duplex penthouse elsewhere in New York. (Can't relate...)

When it came to real estate, December was a busy month for Schumer: She also bought back the farm her family owned when she was young; they had lost it after falling on hard times when her father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis years ago:

How's that for a heartwarming holiday gift? (Anyone else flat-out sobbing? Just me?)

Anyway, we'd appreciate it if someone could let Amy know we'll be eagerly awaiting our housewarming party invites.
